Rick made his public profession of faith at the age of 13 and has maintained a commitment to study, prayer and Christian service throughout his life. He was active in the local and international Youth For Christ ministries throughout his teenage years, singing as a soloist and in the local and international ensembles.
He has served as soloist and music director for chapel programs of both the U.S. Air Force and Army where he worked with chaplains from numerous backgrounds and later for various large churches. He has served as an Elder and soloist at Central College Church in Westerville, Ohio.
Rick has served on the Board for Bible Literature International, and taught advanced adult Bible study courses in churches representing three different denominations.
His legal background has led to a passion for helping over 60,000 students, educators and parents understand the societal, legal, and moral dangers of the cyber world. His faith-based presentation to students, parents and families ,contains the information presented in secular settings with the addition of a bible based spiritual approach to these issues.
Rick’s background in music and extensive public speaking experience has provided him the tools to create a truly unique experience for his faith- based presentation.. Mixing music, local state and federal legal information with appropriate scriptural references and even some thoughts from C. S. Lewis, he has created an entertaining, practical and spiritually challenging presentation.
